1. Why this page is here
Google asks every site that uses Sign-In to publish, on the same domain as the homepage, how it accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. This page is that disclosure for theheritageco.in.
It sits next to our Privacy Policy and Terms. We do not copy Google’s own policy text onto this site. Google’s rules live on Google’s websites; we link them below and we follow them.
2. Where you can use Google Sign-In
Neighbours: Continue with Google on checkout and on the house account, to sign in without a password.
Kitchen: Continue with Google on the kitchen sign-in page. That path is only for emails an owner has already added. It does not open a public sign-up.
You can always use a one-time email code instead. Google Sign-In is optional.
3. What we ask Google for
We request only these Google scopes: openid, email, and profile.
From those scopes Google may send us: your name, email address, a flag that the email is verified, a stable Google account identifier, and your Google profile photo if you have one.
We do not request Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Contacts, Photos library, YouTube, location, or any other Google product. We cannot read your mail or files.
4. How we use that data
To create or recognise your Heritage house account, or a kitchen session if you are an invited admin.
To show your name and photo in the account menu and kitchen profile.
To keep you signed in with a session cookie on this site.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit scoring, resale, or to train unrelated models. We do not transfer information received from Google APIs to any other app, except our own hosting so the site can show your photo.
5. How we store it
We store your name, email, Google account identifier, and (if provided) a copy of your profile photo on our database and file host.
We do not store your Google password. We do not keep a long-lived Google access token after sign-in finishes.
House and kitchen sessions use our own cookies. You can sign out on this site at any time.
6. Limited Use
The Heritage Co.’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
That is the affirmative statement Google asks apps to publish. In plain words: we use Google Sign-In only to let you into this kitchen site, and we handle that data the way this page and our Privacy Policy say.
7. Google’s own policies
When you tap Continue with Google, you also use Google’s service. These are Google’s official pages — not ours. Read them on Google’s domain.
8. Our pages for Google’s consent screen
Google Cloud’s OAuth consent screen should point at these same URLs on our domain: the homepage, this page, Privacy, and Terms. The privacy URL on the homepage footer and on the consent screen must match.
9. How to revoke or delete
On this site: sign out from your house account or kitchen profile. Write to support@theheritageco.in if you want the house account removed.
On Google: open Apps with access to your account, find The Heritage Co., and remove access. That stops future Google Sign-In until you choose Continue with Google again.
Removing Google access does not by itself delete paid-order records we must keep for tax or food traceability.
10. Children
Google Sign-In on this site is for people who can place an order or who have been invited to the kitchen. We do not use Google Sign-In to collect a child’s data for marketing.
