The morning route

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dropped at the door.

Last updated 9 September 2026

1. What we deliver

We deliver perishable heritage meals — overnight oats, bowls, protein, and weekly plans — on a local morning route. We do not ship dry grocery nationwide unless a later product page says so.

This policy is our shipping / delivery document for payment partners and for you.

2. Service area

Drops are limited to neighbourhoods we publish at checkout. If your pin code is not listed, we will not take payment for delivery.

We may widen or pause a street after weather, festivals, or kitchen capacity. We will write if an accepted order cannot run.

3. When the basket leaves

Standard drops are morning windows stated on the plan or at checkout (for example before morning tea). Exact minutes are not guaranteed; food traffic and rain can move a window.

Cut-off times for the next drop will be shown before you pay. Orders after cut-off move to the following service day.

4. Charges

Delivery may be included in a meal-plan price or shown as a line at checkout. There is no hidden courier fee after you pay.

We do not offer cash on delivery unless checkout expressly says so.

5. Handover and missed doors

Please keep your phone reachable. If we cannot hand over after a reasonable attempt, we may leave the meal with a named neighbour only if you asked us to, or we may return it to the kitchen.

Perishable food that comes back unused cannot always be resold. A failed handover after we arrived in the window may not qualify for a full refund — see the Refund Policy.

6. Title and risk

Risk in the meal passes when we hand it to you or to the person you authorised at the address. Until then, we remain responsible for packing and the route.

7. Food safety on the road

We pack for a short local run. Open and refrigerate as labelled. Do not leave a delivered meal in the sun.
