If a morning misses

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair, because food is short-lived.

1. Why this page exists

Payment gateways and RBI-facing partners ask for a clear refund and cancellation policy. This is ours for heritage meals and overnight oats.

Food is perishable. That changes what we can take back compared with a book or a shirt.

2. Cancelling before we cook

You may cancel a paid drop until the cut-off shown at checkout (or 8 hours before the drop if no cut-off is shown).

Write to our contact email with your order reference. We will confirm and refund through the same payment method where the gateway allows.

3. After cut-off or after dispatch

Once the kitchen has cooked or the basket has left, we cannot cancel that drop. A subscription can still be paused for later weeks if you write before the next cut-off.

4. Wrong, missing, or unsafe food

If the meal is wrong, incomplete, or unsafe, write within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace on the next route or refund that line, after we check the kitchen record.

Change of mind after a correct, on-time perishable delivery is not a ground for refund.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through the payment gateway to the original method (card, UPI, net banking). Bank timelines are usually 5–10 working days after we trigger the refund.

If you paid with EMI, the gateway or bank adjusts the EMI as their rules require. We refund the order amount we received; interest already charged by a bank is their matter.

6. Newsletter

The newsletter is free. There is nothing to refund. Ask us to remove your email and we will.

7. Chargebacks

Please write to us before you raise a chargeback. We will share the order and delivery note with the gateway if a dispute is opened.
